Foundations for Living Whole, LLC (FLW) operates on the premise that every individual is affected by the mental, emotional, physical, nutritional, relational and spiritual parts of their lives and the beliefs they hold in each of these areas. FLW believes that the process of healing in these areas can come in varied order, but that starting where you can, will propel you to further health and healing. FLW believes every individual can replace and restore faulty foundations and negative cycles and take steps towards feeling whole no matter what age or stage of life. FLW believes in the ability to restore pieces of your life that feel out of your grasp and in doing so, every individual can begin to realign with their core identity and experience a reconnection in relationships with others. FLW provides counseling, coaching, collaboration, training and workshops to assist individuals and families on the journey to living whole.
