The Eastern Shoshone Housing Authority “ESHA” is pleased to announce that the US Department of Treasury has awarded the Eastern Shoshone tribe $1,880,189.74 to establish an Emergency Rental Assistance Program “ERA”, to provide rent and utility assistance for families affected by the Covid-19. This assistance will be made available to low-income families at 80% or below the AMI, with preference to low-income families at or below 50% of the AMI. The ERA funds can assist families with rental and utility arrears, current rent, utility payments, and housing stability services.
